Guwahati MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) Project started in 2007 during the 33rd National Games in Guwahati with 100 Mbps capacity. In the year 2009-10, it has been then upgraded to 1 Gbps.817 horizontal links connecting various locations have been commissioned through their nearest PoPs across the state till now.
